Damilola is a financial planner with about 17 years of experience in the financial services sector. She has expertise in investment advisory, wealth management, and estate planning, having worked with individuals, families, and institutions. Prior to her foray into Investment banking, Damilola worked as an Executive Secretary with the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria for about 3 years; where she gained significant experience in
relationship management, policy advocacy and negotiations. Currently the Managing Director of Meristem Trustees Limited, she holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, an MSc from University of Lagos, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. She has professional certifications from The Wharton School of Business, Pennsylvania and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers Nigeria and the Ag. President of Association of Corporate and Individual Investment Advisers (CIIA). Damilola is a passionate family Finance Coach and trained counselor; an Associate Practitioner of Family Systems Engineering from the Institute of Family Engineering & Development (IFED) West Africa. She was
featured in the BusinessDay Leading Women series and listed as one of the 50 Inspiring Women Leaders
in Nigeria in 2022.

She is a work-life integration enthusiast and mentors younger women in this regard. She is a mentor on the WIMBOARD platform and loves to read, teach, travel and write fictions. Damilola is married to Segun Hassan and their union is blessed with two lovely children – Dunsin and Daniel.
