Charles Abu trained as a Fine Artist from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. He hast taken several courses on management from several organizations/institutions like the Africa LeadershipF orum (ALF), Centre for Management Development (CMD), Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA), and theU niversity of Lagos. Some of his works are documented in the collection, “101 Nigerian Artists” and in private and public collections in Nigeria, South Africa, Europe and the USA.

Charles considers himself as a bridge builder, driven with a passion for people and world events, he manages HANDS Media Coy (Help, Aid, Nurture Development and Skills). Annually he speaks to thousands of young people in conferences and leadership seminars. He has also authored a few books including “Don’t Be Afraid to Start” and “Breakthrough Thinking”.

He and his wife Toyin, both pastor the Empowerment Assembly (TEA), Ikeja, Lagos. They also run the Couples Hearts Ablaze Services (CHAS), an outreach to married couples in retreats, seminars and to singles.
